GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PACKAGE TRAVEL CONTRACTS
Price of the Trip
The price depends on the services and dates selected, as well as the number of people included in the reservation. It is the user’s responsibility to review the sections “the price includes” and “the price does not include” to identify the contracted services.
Tourist Tax
In some destinations, hotel establishments may require payment of a tax that must be paid directly at the place of accommodation.
Method of Payment
The amount must be paid at least one month before the departure date. Prices are calculated in euros and may be adjusted in the event of significant variations in costs.
Termination of Contract by the Consumer
The consumer may cancel the contract at any time, but must assume:
Administration costs: €100 per person.
Penalties:
25% of the total amount if the cancellation occurs between 30 and 15 days before the trip.
50% between 14 and 3 days before the trip.
100% within 48 hours prior to departure.
In the case of special economic conditions (freight, exclusive rates, etc.), penalties will be applied as agreed between the parties.
Complaints
Any breach of the contracted services must be notified to the provider and to Golden Euro Tour S.L. in a reliable manner and “in situ”.
Liability
Golden Euro Tour S.L. will be governed by the provisions of Article 162 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 for any liability related to the services offered.
Documentation and Visas
The client is responsible for carrying a valid passport and complying with the entry requirements for the destination. The necessary visas must be arranged by the client.
Insurance
It is recommended to take out insurance that covers cancellations, travel assistance, repatriation and other unforeseen events.
